By completing a booking with NexaRental, you accept the following terms. Please read them before confirming your reservation.
All renters must be 21 years or older and hold a valid Indian driving licence issued at least one year prior. Foreign nationals require a valid International Driving Permit.
Vehicles may only be used for personal travel on public roads. Commercial use, participation in any motorsport activity, or sub-renting the vehicle is strictly not allowed.
The primary renter bears responsibility for all traffic fines, toll charges, and penalties during the rental. These will be recovered from the registered payment method.
Any physical damage beyond normal usage will be assessed on return and charged to the renter. Basic third-party cover is included; comprehensive protection is available as an add-on.
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned the same way. Kilometres beyond the plan allowance are billed at the applicable per-km rate stated at booking.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

Returning the vehicle before the agreed end date does not qualify for a partial refund on unused days, unless a written agreement was made at the time of booking.
The refundable security deposit is processed within 24 to 48 hours of vehicle return, subject to a clean handover with no damage, fines, or outstanding charges.
